1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a small baking dish with oil or butter.
2. Prepare the Zucchini
Cut the zucchini into thin slices. For a less watery result, sprinkle the slices with a little salt, let them sit for 10 minutes and then pat dry.
